Policies

Cancellation Policy

There will be no fees for cancellations with 48 hours or more notice. 

Same day cancellation or no shows will result in 100% of your service fee.

Failure to provide 48 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules will result in a fee of 50% of the service cost.

A deposit is required to secure an appointment, this is refundable up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

Booking

Appointment bookings can be done online through my easy to use booking system. You will receive an automated conformation email as well as 72 hour and  24 hour reminders. Note: Your appointment is not secured until deposit is received. 

Fill Policy

 Fills can be booked to suit your personal lash shedding cycle. I offer Small, Regular, and Large fills depending on your retention. 

Infill Guide below: 
Small Fills are great for quick touch-ups.   
Regular Fills: Are required to maintain your lashes, these are great for clients who do well with retention on a regular basis.
Large Fills: Are perfect when you need the extra time to get your lashes full, or for those who generally have lots of natural lashes.

Note: If you have less then 25% of your extensions remaining or its been more then 3.5 weeks since I last saw you, a full set will be required.

Referral Program

Refer a friend and you both receive $5 off your next service.

Parking

Please park your vehicle in the parking space in front of the house. Note: Please do not park on opposite side of the street.

Late Arrivals

I kindly ask clients to arrive to their appointments at the scheduled time. Your appointment may be shortened if you arrive late, and your scheduled service fee will remain the same. If you are more then 15 mins late to your appointment I will no longer have the time to complete your service. This will result in a no show cancellation fee.

Safety Precautions

Clients under the age of 18 years old will require parent/guardian signature for Lash Extension & Lash Lift/Tints. Clients are suggested to leave their little ones at home especially for Lash Extension and Lash Lift/Tints (As your eyes will be closed during the appointment.) However if your in a situation where you cant find childcare, I ask you just check in with me first.

Allergies

If you are prone to have allergies, please let me know prior appointment. If you experience any allergies/sensitivities to product please contact me right away. Refunds are not given to allergic reactions. I will remove the lashes free of charge. A patch test can be done if you think you may be sensitive to any product where we apply 2-5 lash extensions per eye.

Something to keep in mind

  • I can accept Debit, Credit & Cash

  • Squeaky clean lashes prior to any lash appointments (or results may vary.)

  • Every client is different with eye shapes, looks, & etc.

  • Lash Lifts may not come in contact with water for 24hrs after its completed.

  • New clients for Lash Extensions, Brow Lams, Lash Lift & Tints will need to fill out a new client consent form.

  • Contact lenses will need to be removed prior to any lash appointment.

  • Aftercare Products are recommended to ensure good lash health and retention.
