COVID-19 Polices + Protocols

This is what you can expect for my COVID-19 policies and protocols for all appointments.


  • You will be asked to wait in your vehicle until you receive a text from me to come inside for your scheduled appointment time.

  • No guests allowed during appointments.

  • There will be a sanitize station outside for use before entering.

  • Masks are recommended to be worn upon arrival. If you do not provide your own mask, one will be provided for a small fee.

  • A new COVID-19 consent form will be provided to read & sign.

  • Upon entering hands must be washed for 20-30 seconds.

  • Touching as little as possible throughout the space as you can.

  • Bringing only what you need in for your appointment.

  • Talking will be kept to a minimum during service. (You can bring ear buds if you like.) Music will still be provided during appointment.

  • Credit/Debit cards will be the preferred way of payment.

  • A health questionnaire will be sent 24hrs before appointment.

  • If you show any symptoms of being sick prior or during appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled.

  • If your are travelling at any point out of the province/country please let me know.

What I will be doing as your service provider during these times:

  • Enhanced cleaning protocols, scheduling more time in between clients to make sure every touch surface, lash/waxing bed, tools/implements, bathroom facility gets completely disinfected.

  • There will be a wipeable nylon cover on the bed to make sure it gets wiped/disinfected after each client.

  • Pillowcases/Towels will be changed after each client like always.

  • I will be wearing a mask at all times and face shield (when required) during appointments.

  • I will be washing/sanitizing my hands very frequently during/after each client when necessary.

  • I will be keeping myself updated on all safety/cleaning protocols.

  • I will be making sure I provide a relaxing and comfortable space through these times still.

  • I will be maintaining a social distance when possible.

  • Sending out a health questionnaire to all clients for any appointment 24hrs before arrival.

  • Unfortunately handshaking will be suspended when meeting new clients.

  • Gloves will be worn during waxing and lash lift appointments. (As I make my own lash extension fans, wearing gloves is to difficult to work with so I will have hand sanitizer on hand when needed.)
